Personal Hobbies


In his personal life, Paul likes to teach too! He is a 2nd Dan Karate Sensei and teaches twice a week at his local dojo.


Paul is also a keen runner and runs marathons for his God Daughter who has Prada Willi Syndrome. In recent years he has completed the Yorkshire and London Marathon along with several half marathons and Tough Mudder on 4 occasions!

What is your earliest memory?


Singing country roads to my mum, whilst sat in my push chair.


Favourite dessert?


Rhubarb crumble, if it has rhubarb in it, I’m there.


Favourite hobby?


As a black belt martial artist, I love developing my karate skills to be able to pass onto others.


Who would play you in a movie about you?


Easy, Woody Harrelson.


Proudest moment?


The birth of my son, I don’t honestly think there could be a better moment.


Dream holiday not yet had?


Thailand. To train in the home of Muay Thai. I would then move onto Japan to train in the home of karate.
