Location Of This Diploma


No need to travel.  You will be allocated an assessor who will support and guide you through the qualification by meeting you regularly within the workplace to help you generate the evidence against each of your chosen units.

The assessor will make the final decision about the suitability of your evidence and provide feedback on your progress. Once you complete all the customer units you will complete the NVQ Customer Service Level 3 Diploma.


How Long Will The Diploma Take?
